When you contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, enquiry type and message, together with your permission to use those details to respond. Please provide only information relevant to your enquiry and do not submit passwords, payment-card details or identity documents.
Technical information
Our website hosting processes technical request information such as IP addresses, browser information and request times. The enquiry endpoint uses short-lived in-memory counters and hashed values derived from IP addresses, email addresses and message text to limit repeated submissions and spam. Your form submission time is checked for abuse prevention.
How we use your information
We use enquiry details to respond, discuss your service requirements, assist with support requests and protect the website against misuse. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list.
Email delivery and access
Enquiries are delivered to our designated support mailbox through our email infrastructure. Withdrawing permission may prevent us from continuing to assist with that enquiry.

The customer app, helper app and maps links take you to separate services. Review the notices provided there before sharing information. This public website does not request your camera, microphone or device location.
