Request account deletion
Submitting this form starts a request to delete your Homigo account and the personal data associated with it. We may contact you using the details below to verify that the account belongs to you before deletion is completed.
Verify ownership
If we need additional verification, our support team will contact you. Never send passwords, OTPs, payment-card details or identity documents through this form.
Account and data are deleted
After verification, we normally complete deletion within 7 days unless an open booking, refund, dispute, safety matter or a legal retention requirement needs to be resolved first.
WHAT WE DELETE
Account-associated data
- Your Homigo account and profile information.
- Saved contact details, addresses and account preferences.
- Authentication/session data associated with the account.
- Booking and service data that is no longer required for a legitimate retention purpose.
WHAT MAY BE RETAINED
Limited records where required
- Invoices, transaction or tax records required by law.
- Records needed for payment reconciliation, fraud prevention or security.
- Information needed for an unresolved dispute, safety matter or legal claim.
Any retained information is limited to what is necessary for that purpose and is handled under our privacy policy.
You do not need the app to make this request.
If you have an active booking, pending refund or unresolved payment/service issue, submit the request here anyway. We will tell you if anything must be resolved before final deletion.
